Best of 2012

This past year has been a busy one.  I started this little blog at the end of last year when my son (our youngest) was a little under 6 months.  With two kids under the age of 3 I was feeling the need for a little mommy time.  I decided refinishing furniture, tackling home decor projects, and breaking out my rarely used sewing machine would do the trick.  Since then I've seen steady growth to my blog, met some awesome bloggers in real life and online, and look forward to continuing creating and blogging in 2013.

A big THANK YOU to my top 10 referring sites from 2012.  It's because of the features and link parties at all of your sites that this little blog has continued to grow!

Happy New Year!  Well not quite yet but it seems necessary at the end of the countdown! ;)

And, I also thought I'd share some of my favorite projects that didn't make the top ten cut.

The last post has only been up a few days but I thought you might have time to sneak in this easy New Year's Eve ready headband project before the ball drops.

Thank you to my readers who have joined in and stuck with me this past year.  I hope you'll continue to be inspired in 2013!

  10. oh my goodness that red table had me gasp out loud. Seriously. I love it. Why I did NOT think of RED When I was redoing my kitchen set I do not know. I went with basic black and a faux stained top (Thank you God for Chalk paint), but now, I'm seriously wishing it were RED! :) Nice work!
